United States Human Rights Issues

 I wonder if this is the way the United States operates DARK SECRET ILLEGAL prisons or I must ask is this how the United States is such a LAWLESS nation that  criminals hiding behind law enforcement uniforms can continue what the United States engaged in back in the 1960's during the arms race with Russia?  We know that the United States utilized mental health institutions, prisons, poor people and those who are vulnerable with disabilities to engage in the development and use of MICROWAVE weapons or technology.  

We have heard recently that the current president indicated that the United States is GREAT at it and therefore they stopped but what was and is not being said is that they never stopped and continued.  While today we are hearing that Russia and China are light years ahead of the United States where Microwave weapons is concerned.

One can see how dangerous mental heath and especially having one heading the County Jail and using what he thinks is his authority  to incarcerate illegal immigrants and hold them for immigration without anyone giving them permission to do this and engage in torture techniques which was used by mental health and continue to be used in the jails without permission - as the are inhuman conditions.  Imagine having to do this in an apartment that someone paid for?  These individuals are using this for ILLEGAL SURVEILLANCE of people who are even trying to assist the United States.

Jacob Taylor Mental Health Professional - Sexual Abuser

 There seems to be the condoning of abuse in the mental health system and colleagues of the ones doing the abusing are shielding them. I have encountered a Mental Health professional in the name of Jacob Taylor with the Snohomish County Sheriff department and Health Care Administrator and Social Worker Johnson.  These individuals for some reason are involved with the oathkeepers and involved in mental health fraud. Mental Health Fraud is part of the United States systems for years.  The mental health system and professionals are involved in using methods of creating mental health issues in people.
