Human Rights Abuse - Snohomish County Jail

 We all know how the sheriff has decided that they are the ultimate power.  For them they are above the law.  In Snohomish County it is known that the Sheriff Adam Fortney an elected official is part of a FRAUD Scheme and Human Rights Abuse Scheme and Violation of the Rights of Inmates in the Jail along with this colleagues int he Jail under the guise of Mental Health - with Jacob Taylor Health Care Administrator.

Adam Fortney is an enabler of Inmate Abuse - Inmates are held without due process.  The maximum amount  of days when one can be held without and attorney comes and goes with no issues and no consequences.  One is not offered an attorney, upon arrest no rights are read and false arrests.  The Sheriff along with the Everett Police continue to abuse people.  They use illegal and illicit methods of investigating cases which involve the homeless  - I have experienced it myself.

The Sheriff is engaging in fleecing the Federal government out of MILLIONS in Fraudulent Mental Health incarcerations and illegally detain people for longer than they are supposed to by denying inmates bail/bond and doing this by requesting incompetency hearing and this is utilized to DENY you a hearing for witness to take the stands and thereby engage in their same  FRAUDULENT SCHEME.

When their Jail is getting empty they know who is the next unsuspecting Fraud Victim of Mental Health - commandeered by Jacob Taylor Health Care Administrator at the Jail.

How low can one go  by fabricating a none-competent to stand trial report. This is done by sharing the "loot".  How it is shared?   Taylor friends - will do the evaluation and you will be reincarnated in the same CELL that you were in the first place. The one doing the  evaluation asked the attorney Are we at the 8th day? He responded we are at the 10th day. Spell world back to front  - you spell it, count from 20 going doing minus 3,  what is the date and time(I answered and responded later that this is why we have the calendar ad a clock) what is you age, what is your name, a few colors - face, velvet, daisy, church, red - say it and remember for later - missing only daisy next time(makes you incompetent), Do you now why you are here?, What is a judge? What is a jury trial? When does the case go to trial? Do you understand why you have an attorney? 

I can talk about issues concerning the last case not the current one -(I gave the details how this began) Some where in there the so called Doctor from Western Hospital (the same one that lost is accreditation for abuse) began beating her eyes(batting her eyes) like Miss piggy - she was not looking at me or paying attention with her student yawning - I am looking at them and no none is looking at me.  The questions about the case went on - asking what would I want done concerning the case - I responded - I want my case dismissed no only dismissed I want those who have continued to engage in what is going to be seen in court - for the perpetrators to go to trial  because my case being dismissed is one where the balance of power shifts in favor of the ones with the most authority - The Health Care Administrator - Jacob Taylor - I encountered him and his family and law enforcement in the community prior to all this and I filed a complaint against a police officer - then I filed a tort claim with Jacob Taylor as a defendant.

They went outside they spoke outside - I heard them speaking I chose not listen I sat there handcuffed with the chain around my waist.  Prior to this - she knew this was for the Friday 21st January - court hearing. she said she is guaranteeing Friday but Monday. I said well fine. NONE was in handcuffs but me all the time - 

Friday 21 - the attorney was not there - early another attorney  told me that  he is out of the office today and the case is moved till Monday - I said I cannot - I was handcuffed in the court room - everyone else were free even the guy who has prior gun issues who used someone else gun which resulted in a restraining order being taken out against him because the individual is fearing for her life - he got bail, another one got bail for loosing income, one got to remain in the home - because the judge does not want him to homeless.

All this time I still did not get to go out for the 1 hour that is- Saturday ok - 1 hr.

Monday came I said that I have a court hearing and the response was - You do not have to go to court for the judge to hear you case -  I began asking for a copy of the result of the hearing - Perry did not want to give it to me - I had to resort of writing my questions.  He wrote back $5000 is my bail and CASH and asking whether I have the money in the Jail, or call a bails bondsman - I said I have money.

It took another one of the staff to print this well into the night after reading my note on the glass window(Monday night). Tuesday the Director of Crisis Response  Brian came and asked me some questions and he wrote his notes. There was water leaking and I asked him to contact the people because the place had flooded before - but he continued - at the end he said "I will let you go home to your apartment" "Where you live". 

Not until my experience with of their staff members asking me whether I am suicidal and said because I did not answer he will take it as a YES. I said NO.

I was released later that day by a HENRY deputy.

Jacob Taylor Health Care Administrator at the Snohomish County Jail in Everett is out there committing Health Care Fraud - defrauding the government out of money.   

The first time they did the same  thing - and and I was told that I was going upstairs to see a judge and none - held without without an attorney and court hearing and taken to providence where I spent 72 hours and released and when I got home a message saying that 72 hours had elapsed and whatever it was was not renewed. I did not know about court proceedings I went to look for an attorney to file a lawsuit they told me the cannot sue the city.  I was given a wrong court and I asked for the law office to put it on there that they had given the wrong date.  All the Everett Law Office wanted was a Competency Hearing. I continued with  my schooling. I had to ask the attorney to clearly to state that ie was not my doing concerning the missed  dates. 

I requested a copy of my JAIL records ALL including medical I was told and emailed it to my school account that I did not have access to.
