Constitutional Rights Violations/Abuse/Mental Health Fraud /National Security Issues in the Snohomish County Jail  top brass AWARE

After declaring homelessness as a threat to national security  under the guise of mental health the OATHKEEPERS are operating under this reporting this to them I noticed in Everett WASHINGTON this is what they are using to engage in  covert killings. 

 I encountered weaponized Microwave energy strike through GREYSTAR management at an apartment which  a former Tibetan Monk developed and was imprisoned for fraud with his wife escaping jail time and greystar took over management.  I am a Former Radio Host/Cohost and Political Science Major.

 FLEECING GOVT MONEY STEALING  paying BAIL in cash for dismissed cases my situation. False imprisonment -  I had no situation with the police  I was reporting an incident as a threat to national security -OATHKEEPERS and they were involved in it. I am a student and I have found myself caught up in  siituation where FRAUDULENT mental health information is used against me after calling it out as well as FRAUDULENT BUSINESS Practices are utilized in the JAIL, constitutional rights violations SECTION V of BILL or RIGHTS  double whammy, beating of prisoners  I have written to international organizations.  They are also engaging in a situation that is a THREAT TO NATIONAL SECURITY. 

Fraudulent eviction methods with Greystar CEO BOB FAITH former secretary of commerce in South Carolina  Republican party the Sheriff is using this with his business in Snohomish county to evict people.

They do not investigate cases  the method is fraudulent that could have negative implications on the outcome of a lot of cases. 

Attached is a letter sent to the secretary of state.

I would like to bring to your attention the human rights abuses and mental health Fraud issues that are taking place in the Snohomish county jail under the leadership of Adam Fortney or current leadership as well as Jacob Taylormental health Abuse he is engaging in and various fraudulent practices that he is involved in.  Kickback scheme that has been running as well civil rights abuses and theft of monies.  Inmates are retried for cases that are dismissed as well as monies are collected for bail that were dismissed. here does this money go? People might be paying for fear of being thrown in jail again. Cases that have dismissed bench warrants issued and subjecting to  peoplevictims paying  as little as 50 dollars to more than likely to cancel the bench warrant when dates are shifting in cases that have been dismissed and being thrusted fraudulently into mental health Jacob Taylor's doing when caught and they were being reported. 

They are utilizing TORTURE TECHNIQUES in the JAIL and even outside. Illegally operating what appears to be a SECRET prison and CONSTITUTIONAL RIGHTS VIOLATIONS here intrusion upon seclusion, utilizing fraudulent methods of investigation unapproved methods of interrogation under the guise of mental health. Operating covertly and overburdening the mental health system for their own gratification.  Refusing to have inmates go out to court and LIE fabricate information that the individual did not want to go and utilize the legal system to discredit people  through mental health. 

Kicking of inmates in the prison and those who are capable and calling them out for wrongs  illegally detention and moving of inmates and falsifying documentation. 

I do not believe Adam Fortney neither Jacob Taylor should be allowed to ever contest elections and would like the jail investigated for such.I have written to various international organizations  human rights and the various institutions to report such as I am caught up in this situation since 2018/2019 and have been reporting this as such only to find out that they are the ones I was reporting this to and therefore I am not getting any results as they used the fact that I HAD AN  EXPIRED STUDENT WORK VISA and applied for PERMANENT RESIDENCY  illegally detaining me using a FRAUDULENT METHOD  I am fearing for my life and have been since then. I have been TORTURED for years.

I would like an investigation into this  I wanted to go to my country to engage in politics as I said wanted to be a political strategist and was going home to my country and whatever happened I wanted it investigated  in my country this is not mental health  and we are part of international institutions which does not permit me having this on me.  I took up refuge in a church and this is not a prison ad TAYLOR is trying to utilize it as such.  

It is COVERT.  Whatever they are utilizing are without my consent as I worked at an Adult Family HOME with affiliation to them.They are utilizing a fraudulent method of supervision and falsifying documents and I am deprived the use of an attorney medical attention and I am TORTURED SEVERELY by these individuals. 

Blocking my access to a proper investigation and basic civil rights, human rights, right to privacy has been eroded.  

What a reasonable person considers to be privacy and where should be granted in my bedroom  I do not have this.  Covert killings  I was almost murdered covertly under the guise of mental health. I have resort to methods of calling them to ask them and they playing games and laughing.

I would like a human rights investigation launched into the dealings of these individuals.
