 It is said that "Health Care Fraud has cost the US government 100 billion dollars annually." Over the past three (3) years I have come to realise that there is a sector in the Health Sector which has gone unchecked.  One would think that Mental Health due to the nature of the practice should have more checks and balances, obviously it does not.   Mental Health has been left unchecked for years.  An area which had be left unchecked has succumbed to what one should consider to be SYSTEMATIC FRAUD.  A chronic type of fraud that seems to have been accepted and peddled by colleagues - helping each other commit fraud.   Fraud is the small section one can call "Fraud by association.  Imagine a Health Care Administrator with strong ties to the community using this influence or what one can call establishing a system where family and friends are engaging in creating a pool of patients, yes I said creating.
