Mental Health Abuse/Fraud

 It is said that "Health Care Fraud has cost the US government 100 billion dollars annually."

Over the past three (3) years I have come to realise that there is a sector in the Health Sector which has gone unchecked.  One would think that Mental Health due to the nature of the practice should have more checks and balances, obviously it does not.  

Mental Health has been left unchecked for years.  An area which had be left unchecked has succumbed to what one should consider to be SYSTEMATIC FRAUD.  A chronic type of fraud that seems to have been accepted and peddled by colleagues - helping each other commit fraud.  

Fraud is the small section one can call "Fraud by association.  Imagine a Health Care Administrator with strong ties to the community using this influence or what one can call establishing a system where family and friends are engaging in creating a pool of patients, yes I said creating.

For years left unchecked, using a scheme to bilk the system out of money.  Health Care Administrator county jail - Snohomish county - given a CARTE BLANCHE - unchecked and is able to decide who is mentally ill or not by creating patients for friensds,  soical workers and so called mental health adult fanily homes.

The city of Everett has a system which is part of the mental health system where the so called health care personnel - ambulance serivces(EMT)n - even when trying to get to the hospital for other reasons which are medical - due to the fraud scheme run - jobs, jobs, jobs, carefully ochestrated fraud scheme, targets people with no one in the community, harrasses individuals and simply thrust the individual into the mental health pool - with no questions asked.

Imagine an EMT making a decision to enter into their computer the reason for ones hospital visit is paranioa, and psychiatric evaluation and the discovery only came upon release from the hospital and requesting a copy of the documentation.  As an individual who worked in health care I would be knowledgeable on the documentation which is presented upon release from the hospital.

This is a difficult task to try to resolve.  Now taking this in strides and the fact that this was a first hospital visit for an issue that one would think requires medical check up and investigation into what transpired.

 In comes the garbage that was inputted into whatever mega company and group that these people want to appear mentally ill.  Someone hides whispers in a corner in the adult family home, someone whispers in the aparment next door and this becomes - multiple personsalities, and the use of whatever method that "they" the group uses to communicate becomes schiznophrenia.  Mark you, they are the ones doing all this and inputting information and whatever method they are using stomping on the floors, banging on equipment.  Imagine the EMT record becomes your record and then what follows is the additional, sexual and wanting you raped - yes "raped".  Reporting that the neighbor is harrassing me jumping creating a situation where I am not enjoying the space that I am paying for without harrassment becomes paranoia and that you are harrassing the neighbor and you complain first and the neighbor above is part of the group and there you have someone with a complaint against you or mulitple when you had none in four years- this becomes a mentally ill you.

This is what is used to covertly create or build a mental health system or business or group which defrauds the system and the government and insurance compancies out of Millions.  Everyone has a job the police/sheriff's Helath Care Administrator coordinates to have mental health evaluations and referrals from the police, the firm yes the firm hired to be the public defender - one individual can have multiple mental health evaluations involuntarily committed, to further add to their system with false writings and being held against one will - sent to a hospital for a few days - who pays the county? The ambulance service benefits(with a jail contract), the ambulance service benefits with a state mental institution contract(giving with a friend receving a job), the lawyers benefit(requesting) mental forsenic evaluation, prescription of drugs that one does not need - when complaining about the situation. 

Fast forward months later, a student at college the situation which was created earlier you got trapped into resulting in a false record being entered after, going to an emergency room for the same type of medical situation (seizure like symptoms etc) and the Health Care Administrator and Social Worker in the county Jail deliberately falsified my record ensuring that they entered mental health for the previous visit.  A visit to the emergency room at a nother hospital - ends up with the individuals falsifying or entering "mental health" evaluation or crisis when this was not the case. "Gravely disabled" and mental health crisis - entered in my record when I am calm, slurred speech. Rapid speech - working on creating rapid speech as well as walking almost like I am drunk - trying to throw me out of balance.

Adults being abused in Adult Family Homes, and the homeless are all CONTAGIOUS where mental health is concerned.  From the adult family home elderly, the idnividuals who are forming the health care business to homeless peopleare all under intertwined in with those in mental health pool and subsequently becoming contagious where you talk like and have these  mannerisms that you never had and they belong to someone else.

Feeling a Ring around ones torso/diaphram and head, burning sensation on and under your feet - shocklike feelings to your head, vagina manipulated, speech becomes not your voice box vein on the neck, buring sensation (heat on the back). 

Reporting these things to the department of health results in no investigation as the contagious disease spreads from everyone else to you. I am not one who winks and it became a fashion - and bowing where this was not part of my mannerisms, and speech pattern.  Homeless people reporting to me, workers in shelters reportin, nurses with their gamelike messages, and the Health Care Administrator will have the police play around - running "I am detained" "Do not talk to me anymore" Filing complaint with the police becomes a situation where my voice is elevated and cannot be lowered.

The excessive ringing and zapping of my head - this is not mental health this is not even a medical condition as I know for certain that I had none of this and all this was entered in my record and they all are put in my record and there you have a perfect mental health fraud fomula - going around seeing the individuals with these various mannerisms, show one after the other.  

Listening to homeless people have sex and be raped - is the "order of the day".  I have to compose myself and be patient and be willing to prove my sanity over and over - as I know that I am working on bringing this to the attention of those concerned.

Imagine -"Tell them that you hear voices" - this is the word of advice of a female to her brother.  I asked why she responded so he could get an increase in his pay.  "You get more money" and you get meds. 

The ability to have someone reoffend - or "I will make you stay mentally ill forever", "you only have ideas how many have you put into practice", even though one is engaged in some form of leisure activity visiting friends when necessary, watch TV, talk on the phone, connected to family, have plans and goals working towards,  the mental health so called professionals will still advise do "yoga" "go to the bars with your friends".  Unwarranted advice, unnecessary meds, 

I am hoping this is taken seriously - I have been reporting it and I will continue to as I see a new approach to the homeless situation  and mental health situation.
