 Office Gailey, Everett Police department(Hands are HOT and QUICK to ABUSE people - assisting his friends - used a CHOKE HOLD almost killed me with his thumb in the area of the neck where you can take pulse).  

Officer Callico(female officer) - Everett Police Department(Lied to coverup Terpenin - assault and false badge number)

Officer Terpenin, Everett Police Department(wearing a False badge number individual carrying the badge number was way shorter-during the incident- than the Terpenin seen the day of the incident I filed a complaint and the report stated that the number was retired)

Officer Taylor, Everett Police Department (Assisting Family members in the community to engage in Fraud Coverup involving Fradulent Real estate Deals)

Officer Aron Snell, Everett Police Department(Robots and military making me talk to my self in his report after I asked how to file a complaint against a police officer.)

Officer Thrift, Everett Police Department - assisting fellow officers in engaging in FRAUD 

Dan Templeman, Chief of Police, Everett Police Department (Failed to investigate and accepted the false information documented as a Police chief knowingly falsified a perfectly healthy individual's medical record.  Assisted his officers in determining mental health with the words of their friends in the community - their friend General Manager _ Shannon Swanson Meyers Now Salesperson at INN VENTURES.

Officer T. Moss, Everett Police Department (Assisted in ruining the individual's (my name) while entering the apartment where the individual lived and not reporting the FRAUD scheme.) (Known assailant - Repeat offending Officer

Officer Holmquest, Everett Police Department (knowingly gave same badge number to an individual (Me) calling to make a report - the number was identified as a number previously used by another officer -Officer Terpenin - in a previous investigation)

Adam Fortney, Sherriff, Snohomish County (elected official (Actively engaging in FRAUD where this individual, actually LIED and accepted false information and documentation - provided by officers.  Never investigated what was reported as a THREAT to NATIONAL Security - Knowingly put the lives of ALL your officers in danger.  Accepting FRAUDULENT/False documentation and FALSE/FRAUDULENT mental health diagnosis, false imprisonment of people who have no mental health issues.  Knowingly belonging to an EXTREMIST GROUP(OATHKEEPEERS) and knowingly accepting of officers in his charge as a senior Law enforcement officer responsible for others well-being. REPEAT OFFENDER - corruption the rehiring of fired officers who were liabilities to the COUNTY (2 million dollars) after campaigning on his behalf.

Jacob Taylor - Snohomish County Sherrif Department -Health Care Administrator-(Head of Mental Health Fraud scheme) making use of prisoners to investigate cases - bogus method of investigation - this could overturn cases jeopardize the results of cases already decided. 

Knowingly engaging for YEARS in FRAUDULENT practices as a HEALTH CARE ADMINISTRATOR  - maintaining a FRAUD SCHEME for years engaging INMATES at the County Jail and using his profession to make FALSE DIAGNOSIS in conjunction with his peers.  Falsifying Documents, false imprisonment (ME), Unnecessary mental health evaluation, unnecessary forensic evaluations, false hospitalizations, giving directives to enter false information in records and CHANGING another Medical Doctors report to reflect the FRAUD SCHEME. The result is medication which is NOT NEEDED, and Hospital stay not needed.

Jacob Taylor with the assistance of L. Johnson Social Worker engaging in massive Mental Health FRAUD SCHEME in Snohomish County - Mental Health Evaluations and Forensic Evaluations for no reason.  Reporting a police officer means that they are thrusting you into that department/scheme to ruin your name and thereby making you not credible.

L. Johnson - Director of Crisis Response LiscSW - Snohomish County - (Fraud Participant) Falsifying records/documents, changing a medical record to reflect the FRADULENT SCHEME which she and her peers (Christopher Taylor RN) were engaging in including Staff at Providence hospital Main (Colby Campus in Everett., Washington. False "Gravely Disabled" entry and psychosis as well as mental health crisis False documentation on medical record of an individual who they never evaluated.  Resulting in medication being prescribed which were not needed.

Jacob Taylor Mental Health Professional - Sexual Abuser

 There seems to be the condoning of abuse in the mental health system and colleagues of the ones doing the abusing are shielding them. I have encountered a Mental Health professional in the name of Jacob Taylor with the Snohomish County Sheriff department and Health Care Administrator and Social Worker Johnson.  These individuals for some reason are involved with the oathkeepers and involved in mental health fraud. Mental Health Fraud is part of the United States systems for years.  The mental health system and professionals are involved in using methods of creating mental health issues in people.
