Open letter to  The Department of Social and Health Services 20475 72nd Avenue S Suite 400 Kent, WA 98032 Dear Sir/Madam As a former Healthcare employee and worked for 10 years and during the course of early 2019 between April and May.  I worked at Kelsey Creek for one (1) nonth. I am writing concerning a complaint that I filed concerning Kelsey Creek Adult Family Home and certain issues which are of grave concern putting the lives of citizens at risk.  According to the Department of Health caregivers are mandatory reporters and should report any incidences of abuse or any situation which endangers the lives of those adults who are considered vulnerable be it past or present abuse. In as much as the privacy of adults should be respected and therefore, I chose not to engage in recording the situation for fear of violating their rights. The group and police department where people need to request copies of police reports or any dealings involving the police. I have actually filed a complaint and the Office of Professional Standards Inspector refuses to investigate the case or complaint. The individuals who are in the complaint are the ones claiming that they are investigating the case and they do not. I filed a complaint and within ONE day of mailing it I called BRANDON GILL and his response was you will be receiving a letter in the mail the investigation is already closed EVEN BEFORE RECEIVING MY COMPLAINT. The Everett Herald story concerning the police officer who was stalking his ex-girlfriend and her boyfriend is a clear indication of what goes on in Everett, Washington and unless caught in the act there will continue to be no answers for victims of crimes.  Officer Jared Corson's story published on June 12, 2020 I can relate. This story is no exception.  In December 2017 I met an individual at an Adult Family Home where I worked whose story revolved around a King County Sheriff Deputy Josh (Who told told her he is a felon, and he does not know how he became a Sheriff Deputy).  The 28 year old related to me that she met "JOSH"in the GENX chatroom and he was working on cases relating to domestic violence as well as drugs.  With this information, I witnessed this guy call this young lady everyday at 4AM not missing one day the 5 days I trained her.
