 In early 2020, I had the opportunity to view a program with Mr. Mark Morgan of the Customs and Border Patrol Agency where a law maker and mental health professional from TEXAS were talking to him and they were all convinced that HOMELESSNESS is a threat to National Security. On a side note we will not forget in 2019 the Washington Post article "A Border Patrol Chief in a racist Facebook page..." Over a period of one year I have observed what is going on in the homeless situation is Seattle.  Personally, I would say that the Homeless situation appears mystical. For some reason the number of people in the homeless pool is increasing while housing is on the stagnant. Looking at it I would like to know whether the housing is reserved for those who for some reason can afford and are pretending to be in need and therefore getting first choice while those who are desperately in need are left behind. One might say that my statement is brutal but looking at it, there are aspects of it which points in this direction.  Here's my reasoning. 1.  There are individuals who take time off from the shelters and find themselves with their families for weekends and holidays.  People are taking a break away from homelessness.
