OPED: MYSTICAL HOMELESS SITUATION NO ONE SEES IN SEATTLE

Over a period of one year I have observed what is going on in the homeless situation is Seattle.  Personally, I would say that the Homeless situation appears mystical. For some reason the number of people in the homeless pool is increasing while housing is on the stagnant.

Looking at it I would like to know whether the housing is reserved for those who for some reason can afford and are pretending to be in need and therefore getting first choice while those who are desperately in need are left behind.

One might say that my statement is brutal but looking at it, there are aspects of it which points in this direction.  Here's my reasoning.

1.  There are individuals who take time off from the shelters and find themselves with their families for weekends and holidays.  People are taking a break away from homelessness. There are cases  like this.

2. There are case managers and the likes who are out there providing the first chance at housing to the people that they bound with.  For some reason after all these years shelters did not have case  managers etc. Then you have Case Manager A telling homeless A - you come into  this shelter and I will have you ahead for housing.  This is not hear say this is real.

3. I looked at the shelter system being a lucrative business for some of the companies. Homelessness is  big business.  People get BIG donations from Housing Management Companies the same who     EVICT people (create homeless people),  Those who receive the donations -Pay staff and OPEN more  poorly run shelters.   This is not hearsay either.

4.  Certain organizations seem to have a MONOPOLY on housing, yes in the homeless situation.  All  the shelters their housing needs for patrons are FUNNELED or done through ONE MAJOR ORGANIZATION and they are NOT building houses they are opening new shelters.

This is not hear say, there is one organization I commend them, I do not have any affiliation to them but I know they are doing a wonderful job overall as I will say THEY ARE IN THE SHELTER business like all the others.  The ONE major organization which has MONOPOLIZED the housing deals for homeless people is in the SHELTER and the PONZI HOUSING SCHEME business competing with everyone else. This is not hearsay, ALL OTHER homeless from other shelters being offered housing after the MAJOR organization's fulfilments.  Even in shelter referrals they are first all others get the leftovers. 

The shelter system how it works, this is not hearsay, the homeless waits for years for ONE apartment and what we have is a PYRAMID SCHEME. By that I mean, one homeless person gets an apartment, everyone else on the list or quite a few are waiting for this ONE individual to FAIL or be kicked out for the next individual to get THAT apartment and when this individual who was housed is out back in the shelter the next on the wait list in.  REVOLVING

It has happened multiple times.  I have witnessed it.  For example, an individual is housed, for some reason your apartment got flooded, back you go to the shelter what happens is that the apartment ONE YEAR goes by, and the individual is still in the SHELTER waiting for repairs to the apartment. Come on, someone else has already moved in. The shelter has programs but your insurance counts - whether voluntary or not homeless people are asked to put money to help another homeless MOVE. Special treatment for those in the shelter's program and others treated like nobodies.

Management companies are out evicting people with government vouchers or government assistance.  Refusing to renew their lease and kicking them out leaving them scrambling to find a place to stay. I know this. One noted management company has a monopoly on student housing nationwide.

This ONE organization is actually PULLING WOOL over everyone's eyes coming up different ways of receiving money that they should not be handed at all.  

ONLY the STATE is in the HOUSING BUSINESS of homeless people EVERYONE else is in the SHELTER BUSINESS while others who want to be in the housing business are kept back like these individuals I know.

I hope this letter gets the attention of the City and State of Washington or the attention of the necessary authorities.

Jacob Taylor Mental Health Professional - Sexual Abuser

 There seems to be the condoning of abuse in the mental health system and colleagues of the ones doing the abusing are shielding them. I have encountered a Mental Health professional in the name of Jacob Taylor with the Snohomish County Sheriff department and Health Care Administrator and Social Worker Johnson.  These individuals for some reason are involved with the oathkeepers and involved in mental health fraud. Mental Health Fraud is part of the United States systems for years.  The mental health system and professionals are involved in using methods of creating mental health issues in people.
