Jacob Taylor Mental Health Professional - Sexual Abuser

 There seems to be the condoning of abuse in the mental health system and colleagues of the ones doing the abusing are shielding them.

I have encountered a Mental Health professional in the name of Jacob Taylor with the Snohomish County Sheriff department and Health Care Administrator and Social Worker Johnson.  These individuals for some reason are involved with the oathkeepers and involved in mental health fraud.

Mental Health Fraud is part of the United States systems for years.  The mental health system and professionals are involved in using methods of creating mental health issues in people.

I have said that mental health is not contagious neither is homelessness.  One cannot encounter a mental health professional and nurses even in public health and members in the adult family home setting in Everett WA and end up on their list for no reason.

I have encountered a few of these individuals who are using some covert technology on the homeless and mental health patients. (A weapon that is being used. - homeless people oiling their backs - like static raining down on you.)

I have credible reason to believe that the oathkeepers are using this to communicate and it is being used on the homeless and in adult family homes and in mental health and business fraud.

The United States is in a serious state of decay right now.  The abuse of the homeless, those in the adult family home setting and those in the mental health pool is going unnoticed.  The State of Washington has not investigated mental health fraud. I have looked and the extent in which mental health has not only dabbled in but continue to use fraudulent ways of putting people in the Mental Health Pool and turn them into patients is alarming - while the Sheriff who has a mental health trained individual -Jacob Taylor - heading health care in the Jail in Snohomish county who utilizes what mental health uses to evict people.

The oathkeepers today have been using this in the Everett Washington area since 2018 and it has been used longer than this in the mental health and homeless pool even adult family homes.  The covert method has left the families of those involved in a state of "not knowing".  Being harassed even by the police, I can attest to that.  

When covert method of harassing and committing murders covertly in the United States is the NORM in the adult family home setting as well as homeless and mental health - what can one say?

Imagine reporting mental health fraud to oathkeepers as well as the mental health administrator  Jacob Taylor in the Snohomish County Jail in Everett WA and you are told that you can be killed covertly, and your case is not going to be solved.  Imagine being in a situation where you are told that you are going to be burnt and killed from your feet and head bwing heated up.

Mental health has cost the United States Billions and yet still the mental health profession in Washington State continues to flourish with no one looking over them.

Mental health has been given a Carte Blanche to ruin people's lives.  Jacob Taylor mental health professional as well as various mental health officials in Washington State are in the FRAUD BUSINESS and have been for YEARS.

The Health Administrator and his family the Taylors in Everett WA as well as the police officer Taylor, T. Moss, Gailey, Aron Snell, Terpenin, Dan Templeman, - Holmquest and Terpenin (Same police Badge number) The Jailers at the Jail and Everett Police as well as the Sheriff, are all engaging and assisting to cover the covert abuse of people using methods that for some reason is not being investigated even after reporting it.

Mental Health Fraud I have reported and continue to report and instead is being harassed by the mental health professionals and oath keepers and proud boys in Everett WA as where I worked they considered a "proud house" and that "Fraud Pays".

I hope after reporting this persistently and consistently for 3 plus years family members will be interested in knowing that I tried and have been trying.  I have called the Georgia Bureau of Investigation concerning Fraud in the Mental Health system based on a case I read a few years ago of patients who were found dead inside a refrigerator at one of Acadia Health's subsidiaries and knowing that Acadia Health also has Cascade Medical in Washington State and having met an Individual who told me her story and how she ended up in the mental health/homeless pool. Nancy. When I met the individual, I had none of her issues, and they seem to become contagious with the ring around my torso underneath my breast and altering down to my hip and even creating an involuntary movement of my lower body.

The burning sensation down my legs - feet for hours - sometimes it stops.  The continuous "zapping" feeling of my head where I have to resort to putting a bag of ice and a bag  of hot water sometimes on my head.  The covert "Taylor the one with the glasses" and the involuntary almost sexual nature or manipulating of my vagina - involuntarily. This was done during what was not supposed to be - but it happened an eviction.  The manipulation of my vagina continued. The continued "the sheriff are Taylors friends" and "Lobsang" who is a Tibetan ex monk who was jailed for fraud "loves white" - the name used was an individual who was imprisoned.  The individual seems to want to get a "high" wanting to hear me get rapped.  This is a mental health person with the Sheriff department as well as involved with the police department and county jail.  Mental Health is the "new porn" for them.  The individuals utilize a method to listen to homeless people having sex and raped - with this knowledge does nothing.  Imagine this individual with his friends wanted to have and hear me raped.  The individual used a fraudulent eviction method that they could not do to me, used on me.  So much was done that they were not aware that  this is not used in my country.  This is not used for mental health in my country - by telling me "Taylor is writing me off internationally and "no politics" that I will be pushing hard.  I will continue  to push forward to ensure that this is not recognized as mental health in countries where it is not.  I will continue to say this is not mental health outside the United States - this is not eviction outside the United States.  During the eviction I went to the court house and I felt that my head was being suspended and "static-like" feel on my head and back.  

They resorted to saying that "Jump" and that "it will be left on you till the day you die" - I resorted to repeating that this is not mental health this is mental health fraud - also utilizing this is "harassing me" this continued and continues to this day with the individual not knowing and not knowing where I am even while I settled on the premises where a newly retired justice was a member of the church she and her husband.

The manipulation of my vagina continued - I said I have nothing to be blackmailed about while this is used on me.  I saw homeless women complain of rape and being drugged with no help as well as these individuals are using them "forming a circle around them" when they are investigating anything.

This most definitely means that they are in the "crosshairs with them also".  I have had it.

It is sad to know that an individual who is operating in a position of trust would resort to such crass and low-life type behaviors..

None of.the individuals I encountered including the former governor of washington state and others never knew me like  this or involved in this. And  so much began happening  on the church premises. Even trying to alert them Taylor f and the others that I am on the church premises that those there.are US citizens who know what they can do that I cant do.  

The inclement weather shelter run by the church during covid they wouls report to.me even staff who ran COVID shelters.  While I lived on the cburch premises and cleaned the premises I witnessed a lot with law enforcement wlaking in circles and engaging in all types of activity the premises.
