List of BAD COPS Snohomish county (EVERETT, WA) Washington State Patrol LIE CHEAT

The group and police department where people need to request copies of police reports or any dealings involving the police.

I have actually filed a complaint and the Office of Professional Standards Inspector refuses to investigate the case or complaint.

The individuals who are in the complaint are the ones claiming that they are investigating the case and they do not.

I filed a complaint and within ONE day of mailing it I called BRANDON GILL and his response was you will be receiving a letter in the mail the investigation is already closed EVEN BEFORE RECEIVING MY COMPLAINT.

Brandon Gill, I told him I just put it in the mail while mailing my school assignment to my instructor. This did nothing. 

The Public relations officer ARON SNELL, this individual falsified information.  I had an incident a few years ago when in trusting the police I gave the man my telephone number etc and he LOGGED into my phone. He disabled my phone, and I got an email stating that "It is a case of Stolen Identity"  - I did not see disabling my phone without even talking to me about it or seeing me to file a report as anything. 

My next encounter trying to file a complaint he put what he wanted in there.  I spoke to him -Aron Snell, and he seems to be BOLD and claims that he does not even care if he gets fired. This department has credibility issues.

Washington State Patrol

J. D Kraut.  This guy stands at Harborview Medical Center in Seattle where he stands among the HMC security staff.  An incident occurred which this Rogue Kicked and Shoved me - I was there for real medical purposes.  In the process based on the mental health fraud scheme that I am trying to investigate the use of microwave technology by Greystar and even the police on people.  This guy actually kicked me while even though I am talking loudly in the emergency room lobby - this is uncalled for.  Imagine a loud homeless person with one of the fraudulent mental health disorders is there talking loudly what would he do.  

On contacting the Washington State Patrol, I was told that J.D. Kraut retired 3 - 4 years ago.  This individual is working for Puget Sound Executive Services - this is what I saw on the yellow patch and when the ID Badge turned I saw WSP on ID back.  This is a rogue and abuses homeless people who more than likely seek treatment at Harborview Medical and use them for garbage.

Jacob Taylor Mental Health Professional - Sexual Abuser

 There seems to be the condoning of abuse in the mental health system and colleagues of the ones doing the abusing are shielding them. I have encountered a Mental Health professional in the name of Jacob Taylor with the Snohomish County Sheriff department and Health Care Administrator and Social Worker Johnson.  These individuals for some reason are involved with the oathkeepers and involved in mental health fraud. Mental Health Fraud is part of the United States systems for years.  The mental health system and professionals are involved in using methods of creating mental health issues in people.
