 We all know how the sheriff has decided that they are the ultimate power.  For them they are above the law.  In Snohomish County it is known that the Sheriff Adam Fortney an elected official is part of a FRAUD Scheme and Human Rights Abuse Scheme and Violation of the Rights of Inmates in the Jail along with this colleagues int he Jail under the guise of Mental Health - with Jacob Taylor Health Care Administrator. Adam Fortney is an enabler of Inmate Abuse - Inmates are held without due process.  The maximum amount  of days when one can be held without and attorney comes and goes with no issues and no consequences.  One is not offered an attorney, upon arrest no rights are read and false arrests.  The Sheriff along with the Everett Police continue to abuse people.  They use illegal and illicit methods of investigating cases which involve the homeless  - I have experienced it myself.  Intrusion upon Seclusion is  considered where a reasonable person expects to receive a certain level of privacy and it is not being afforded here in the United States. Today I can say that  the United States is inching towards civil war.  The constitutional rights  of citizens have already been eroded so much so that they are not even aware that the police and others are using a BOGUS method to investigate cases which could have negative implications on the outcome of various cases.  The police is engaging  in active harassment and illegally entering people's private residences and  the use of a Mental Health Fraud scheme where the use of or some electronic means is being used to claim mental health. I was excited to have received a letter of admission or admission into University of Washington - Seattle Pre-Architectural Design and Urban Planning major with a second planned or back up major being Political Science. The Hype I am a husky as I always wanted to be a DAWG took months to die down.  The issues had already begun long before without me knowing or even paying attention.  I worked during the inclement weather shelter at the Methodist Church where I  helped clean and ensure that the rest rooms were cleaned and the floors and everywhere disinfected  before the return of the  patrons at nights.  I worked nights.  This was my very first time working in a shelter.  I must say it was orderly and I loved the experience.  I live on the site and help keep the place clean in exchange to be here which is pretty neat.   My paycheck came and I paid my fees or deposit 300 plus dollars to keep my spot.  Excitement continued and I ...

 Getting accepted at University of Washington - Seattle was an exciting time for me.  The information packet came and lo and behold I am in; I could not contain the happiness which came out as "I am a DAWG" "I am a HUSKY". I met and spoke to a few alums along the way, and I was encouraged everyone seems happy that I am in accepted into the Architecture and Urban Planning or Politics major.  Dawg days came where I did not get to attend much of the events with my all put into getting into student boards or student government and the radio station while there.  I applied I got into both. I was interested in Chinese and could not get in therefore I took Latvian. With all the previous blog events shelved for now - I went on.  Alums saying that I should be curious, and I will enjoy being at UW. My first encounter on campus created an event that I will never forget.  The same police garbage which continued on where I am trying my best not to engage anyone else....

As a resident of Everett WA for three (3) plus years where I would see people walking around the restaurants downstairs the apartment complex where I lived alone in the two fish in a bowl section, I had no idea what was about to unfold as the building changed management and oh the wonderful new management company began moving in and the "sharks" began circling as the developer began going down. Open letter to  The Department of Social and Health Services 20475 72nd Avenue S Suite 400 Kent, WA 98032 Dear Sir/Madam As a former Healthcare employee and worked for 10 years and during the course of early 2019 between April and May.  I worked at Kelsey Creek for one (1) nonth. I am writing concerning a complaint that I filed concerning Kelsey Creek Adult Family Home and certain issues which are of grave concern putting the lives of citizens at risk.  According to the Department of Health caregivers are mandatory reporters and should report any incidences of abuse or any situation which endangers the lives of those adults who are considered vulnerable be it past or present abuse.
