Move from North Seattle College to University of Washington - Seattle

 Getting accepted at University of Washington - Seattle was an exciting time for me.  The information packet came and lo and behold I am in; I could not contain the happiness which came out as "I am a DAWG" "I am a HUSKY". I met and spoke to a few alums along the way, and I was encouraged everyone seems happy that I am in accepted into the Architecture and Urban Planning or Politics major. 

Dawg days came where I did not get to attend much of the events with my all put into getting into student boards or student government and the radio station while there.  I applied I got into both.

I was interested in Chinese and could not get in therefore I took Latvian. With all the previous blog events shelved for now - I went on.  Alums saying that I should be curious, and I will enjoy being at UW.

My first encounter on campus created an event that I will never forget.  The same police garbage which continued on where I am trying my best not to engage anyone else.  

I recap - the police cycling through my apartment with the Jacob Taylor Sheriff, Jailor, the Everett the adult family event with the Taylors and imagine Agassi's with their lies and deceit and Greystar management and Taylor Made Adult Home Care in Everett.

This continued into University of Washington where I was not engaging in anything out of the ordinary - the anti-abortion people on campus etc the anti vax people - they are volunteers, and I am a student remember.  The Oathkeepers are part of the campus police - I was not even aware. This one police officer seems to have targeted me for what one may ask.  

 TO USE TO INVESTIGATE CASES.

I was told that the police harass the homeless I saw how because one of them showed me when the police was looking for one of the people that they normally use in the shelter. Another homeless individual told me that she has not been harassed herself, but she knows that the police harass the homeless. 

Being on University of Washington campus in Seattle was a whole new eye opener.  I encountered the police. How? During an anti-abortion protest group there was a police officer  the same police officer who I encountered during DAWG DAYS when I stopped by the SMIRK with "AFFAIR WHIP CREAM" it stated this on the can engaging a game where they were throwing a circle around and a wheel with a straight part pointing up following which the individual would place some "affair whip cream" on one of the SMIRK tabling people's face and use a swatter and SWAT IT and they would to have another SMIRK person take a photo of them with the individuals with the WHIP CREAM  on their face.  It did not appear that the individuals got the photo.  

I saw a group protesting "monkeys" on campus.  I went on to use the pavement not the grass where they were to protest "SMIRK is promoting prostitution on campus" - AFFAIR WHIP. They went on to call the police who called me on my way up - I ignored him - I have a tort claim against the police from Everett.  The police came with his bicycle and attempted to BLOCK ME using his bicycle and proceeded to tell me that "THEY HAVE A RIGHT TO BE HERE". I told him I am not at their table "My Huskies dollars I am using here.  I am a student and I have a right to voice my opinion. He was standing next to the Hall which is south of SAVERY HALL. 

In all the cases the other party has a right to be on campus even though they are volunteers protesting. It continues with an employee on campus who for some reason singled me out also for some reason and wants me off campus.  

The games began with the campus police.  They use students to investigate cases like the homeless.  There is an instant when I was in class my first day of Architecture class.  I felt the situation where I  my back got hot etc - the same thing that I was trying to get investigated up in Everett involving the police and Greystar Management resulting in the TORT claim. I sat in my spot, and I asked a question Frist day of class I want to know how to hold my pencil, how to start.  We had not had any Lectures and the NEW assistants (one works at Microsoft and in school, the other an employee from a company in Oregon).  She was not pleased I asked the question in addition to the fact that the investigation continues from my encounters with the police - I was not aware that this continued in class.  

I said that I am not interested in being part of any of the processes that I encountered prior to coming to class.  I kept telling those I encounter that I do not want to have anyone else involved in what I am trying to have investigated.  

It was not going well - I said that I am interested in Politics outside the United States - foreign. I left to avoid this thing from escalating.  On arrival at the train station (University of Washington) tapping my card it read "...... faculty: Access Denied".  I was not too pleased - but I said ok - let me go over there and calmly ask - I asked "Who blocked my UPASS?  They pretended that they did not know. One of them stood and answered - (the one who claims that she worked at Microsoft) UW transportation pass is not working like normal - I have to add money to my UPASS. I proceeded to let these individuals know - the assistants in Architecture studio D that my fees are paid. I left - at the same time a $397 which was paid for orientation was refunded and it was none-refundable and also, I had already received my aid refund.  It was appearing on my student account as a credit.  Next class which is Tuesday I am trying to find out who logged into my account from ODEGARD, and it gets pretty frustrating that someone can deliberately block my account (student account) and alter the information in there concerning my EMERGENCY CONTACT which I put in myself- and blocked my UPASS.

Odegard sent me to transportation - I keep asking everyone can you tell me who logged into my account- they are showing me the screen I do not know whether it is the correct one - telling me no one logged into your account. I keep asking whether there is a way to see logging information into my account. I became concerned.  The individual I had not even given him the information yet - and he claims that he has my account opened - ALREADY. I told him you barely got my card and barely got the number from me. I was frustrated that someone is actually getting into my account without my consent. BREACH OF PRIVACY. I became concerned that at university of Washington in Seattle that there is a SECURITY LAPSE that is not being addressed. At ODEGARD there the individual engaged in a method that I am questioning I call it "Passing" like bending one's head and I have no idea what this is. Students do it, Faculty do it, the campus police do it.  it is done outside campus also, I encountered this at a grocery chain that I regularly shop at, also public health is also involved - informed me about the CIRCUIT - I have no idea what this is. 

When I showed up to class on Tuesday there one person from stopped me - trying to prevent me from entering my class - "she wants to connect with me" - with a letter in her hand.  I am here from class that I do not connect with her I only want to get to my class. There was a male sitting on the bench outside the class I went to my class.  I sat down.  The instructions were "draw your bag".  The windows that were to be drawn I said I have mine the assistant said "keep it" while I see other students work on the table.  I proceeded to draw my bag.  I asked how do hold my pencil - I need a guidance.  She came like 1 - 2 feet away from me and turned her head towards the other assistant to the left and secretly the CHAIR of the Architecture Department sneaked into the room at the back - the assistant "passed" her head to the right to the Chair and the chair walked in and asked me to come with her.  She proceeded to tell me that "students coming from the Arts have a hard time adjusting to Stem courses".   I said I was told that there are NO prerequisites outside UW, and this is one of the first classes.  I am trying to explain myself - she pulled out another letter and wanted me to read it - I told her read it. She went to talk about we resource for you counseling etc., I said - I am not in need of any what she is talking about. I went on trying to explain to her the situation that I have encountered which is similar to what I experienced in the class which resulted in the TORT claim in EVERETT.  

Not until approaching the police to find out why is it that I am not able to be on campus free of harassment and when I am being harassed how will they know? That I received a copy of a letter stating what UW medical requested Mobile Crisis and DESC resources for ME. I never met UW Medical STAFF and I have been looking at DESC for the same FRAUD back then before coming to campus, I sent them an email a while back reporting that they caused harm to someone in homeless pool. 

I have experienced this twice before and ONCE in the class this time it resulted in me being forcefully being removed from my class.  Retaliation from someone in the healthcare business and their family members also a King County Sheriff who I was telling a caregiver to stay away from him because he is married.

The class experience on campus escalated even though I forgot about the experience only to find out weeks later after dropping the class that that was just the beginning again of what I reported while working in healthcare as a concern - I reported a threat to national security at the very beginning in 2018/19.

It was used to do a background check, an issue it is being used to investigate.  This is the manner in which investigations are done by the police on campus.  I have seen it multiple times involving me.  Everything from everyone I encounter, people's personal lives.  It does not entail asking any questions in person, just people using each other and others.

It is scary and SAD that the University is engaging in such practices or allows its staff to engage in such which as a large research school could result in intellectual theft as well as other ethical issues - academic cheating as well as other fraudulent practices and SECURITY issues that will be difficult to resolve. 

Imagine a Master of Social Work Student Stefanie looking at me and telling me that she is seeing me on the bench outside and I am invisible - I responded that I feel like Kaspar.  She told me she does feel like kaspar also.  

University of Washington is truly in a sad place.
